Be Careful of the Initial Clean and Bolt Cleaning was fine but the challenge was i was quoted a first time only price of $400 and then the charge was going to be $180 moving forward. Admittedly the house is big, was tidy but needed a deeper clean. She complained that she should have quoted high and it was more work than she thought. I acknowledged this and gave an extra $50. There was no follow up other than a request "can you give me a 10 on homestars". There was a plan for a person to come back regularly (monthly) after that. I had to reach out to see what the plan was - only to be told it would be $400 now to return for future cleanings. Doesn't quote properly and/or doesnt stick to her word.

Thank you.The comment that you did was evil, only to destroy the reputation of my company. And no thought, how many women that sustains family depends on this work.
If the work was poorly done or forgotten, we would go back to do it again.
Continue to clean your house ( 2 cleaning lady),(2800 sf.) One day a week, 2 adults and 3 children, with hair animals, nanny asking extra service for $ 180, Is unacceptable.
Give me 3 is your right but back to is my choice.
