Had sewage backup in basement and horrible odour throughout the house. Called Rooterman and was told they would send their best man for the job in my area. Robert showed up within a few hours the same day, he and his helper located the problem quickly and efficiently. I was told they would be back out the next morning at 8:30am to repair the problem. The team showed up earlier than they said, which was very nice. The entire team was extremely professional, fast and efficient. They were polite and patient with my questions and quite personable. After Robert inspected the work to make sure it met his standards, I felt confident enough to leave the house as the team finished the job. When I returned I discovered that except for a little area of fresh soil showing, you couldn't even notice they had been there. I will definitely use this company again when/if needed and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Robert and Team for making an unpleasant situation a positive experience.
