Gary had impecable service. He was very fast, neat and tidy and knowledgable about all the different appliances. When my 7 year old air conditioner broke down 3 summers ago, we called Gary the next day to take a look at it. He fixed it in 1 hour and it has been perfect since. Gary is a miracle worker and a pleasure to have in our home
