Amazing Experience! We were originally hesitant about doing a renovation because we had heard of many bad experiences by friends and acquaintances. We are thrilled to report that not only was our renovation a success in terms of the outcome, but it was a surprisingly positive experience. The Reno Coach was instrumental in helping us throughout the entire experience. This included helping us get drawings, obtain permits, find and select our contractor (who was fabulous too). The Reno Coach was our partner all the way to the end of the reno, ensuring we were happy with the process and outcome. We are very happy customers, and highly recommend the Reno Coach!

We just had an amazing, high quality renovation experience and are so thrilled with Mike and his team at DiRenzo group. We instantly felt we were in good hands when we met Mike. He emphasized that it was important to him that we were happy with the renovation, and he delivered on this by frequently checking in with us along the way to make sure things were aligned with our expectations. He even understood our style and vision, and would suggest options (when we asked) that fit amazing with the design we wanted. On top of this, he insisted on an exceptionally clean and safe worksite, which only added to the positive experience. His team were all very professional and quality focused. After-care is also important to us. Even with the big stuff done and the core renovation complete, Mike and his team are still available to address any issues or small details that come up. My husband and I have enjoyed working with Alex at Cadaxx. His 3D designs of our proposed reno (including a new 3rd floor), really helped our vision come to life. He has delivered what we needed on time and on budget. His drawings helped us be successful with the committee of adjustments, as well to secure our building permits without any issue.
