We are new to this house and we have 3 furnaces so we wanted a thorough inspection of our furnaces and some instruction with the maintenance requirements. Geoff tested everything and we ended up only having to replace a humidifier valve which was broken. We were so impressed with Knight that we signed up for their Preferred Membership.
