Plumber charged 650 for under 30 min to snake a drain in a small condo. Refused to take credit card. When we asked why it was so expensive he said the company made the prices not him. Company said the opposite when contacted that the plumbers they hire are independent and some take visa some don't same with price changes. They make more than a brain surgeon at this company. This is a whole weeks pay for us. Last time we had a drain snaked it was 150$

Super happy with the painting of my house. The painter (Alex or Alexander maybe) came to the house 15 minutes early and worked efficiently and effectively to finish my house and tidy up by 2 pm!!! So helpful and friendly helping me re hang special wall pieces and offering to move furniture. I find now a days when you book appointments for anything including your hair..... You have to put a deposit down or pay before service. Especially with contractors.... This company took no money upfront and at the end was more interested in me being completely satisfied rather than asking for payment! Such an all around nice experience!!! Thank you
