Re & Re underground plumbing pipes inside & outside
My wife and I have had plumbing pipe problems and the occasional sewer back up in in our basement our very old house for a number of years. Band aid solutions no longer worked. Called Brothers plumbing and spoke to Lisa and explained our problems. Within 10 minutes Raymond called me and was over to our house within an hour. Long story short: small 3 1/2 foot section of basement floor broken by the stack pipe to determine problem with a scope. Roots and debris removed and was told that they would have to excavate outside to remove rest of roots and install new pipes and a backwater valve. Quote given, quote approved. Job started on Monday and was completed on Tuesday afternoon to utter perfection and approved by the city works department. Ivan and his crew were clean, neat and thourghly professional digging a 15' deep square hole by hand as it was easier and cheaper than bringing in a backhoe. Everything in the house was tested and then the job was complete. Raymond stopped by on Wednesday for payment and provided us with a complete package ready to go to the city as we are entitled to a rebate for installing the valve. We have lived in our house for 21 years and have had a variety of trades people including a couple of plumbers at our home but none compare to the excellence, honesty and integrity of Brothers Plumbing.
