I gave him a chance by showing his bad reviews. He did it again!. Please read all the reviews and you will see all positive comments are 10/10 and his all negative comments are 0/10. May God help this poor man to realize his own actions. I am beyond frustrated with his work and the "honest" excuses!. By the way his van drives perfectly to get the deposit but when installation time the VAN gives troubles and poor Mark had to rely on the other Mechanic so please don't expect him to be there. Reply to Marks comment: Mark you are not telling the truth. Please read other people's review and you have a pattern. Our agreement to finish the work (Laura called and confirmed) on Wednesday January 25th at 3pm. Laura called me and said the work from Ajax hasn't finished and the crew cannot come until Sunday 3pm and Laura herself guaranteed me that the work would be done (since we have to start our new semester the next day) Sunday around 11 am Laura called and confirmed the installation. Sunday 3pm no one showed up I called Laura around 3:30 No answer I called Mark and Mark said there is a problem with the van and never showed up. Today Sunday February 5th at 7:02pm I got an email from Mark saying that I told one of his installer NOT TO COME. Please Mark read your real clients concerns and I want to help you to do business. Please finish your unfinished work and let the customers write real positive comments. Remember it is bad Karma to continue doing this. Hi Mark, Why are we talking on line? Our agreement is to install railing on Wednesday 25th of January. I PAID and you cashed both of my cheques in December. The work is still not finished. You mentioned that you are going to come and install it on February 17. Please do so and keep your word at least this time. Let us see what stops you this time. Thanks Sen

Company Response

This glass railing is for a small private school.

Sen we are unsure why you would post a complaint on January 29,2017 prior to our contract delivery date of February 1,2017. This contract was signed on December 15 2016. On January 18,2017 you had advised us that you just completed your preparatory construction work of removing the old railing and repairing your floor. We again reminded you that it was your responsibility to install a temporary barrier on the stairs for the safety of your students and we would install the permanent railing by our contract date. As of January 29 you had not installed a temporary barrier for the safety of your students. You contracted us to install a glass railing only. We strive to meet our terms of contract on time. Although your disappointed that we could not begin installation on Sunday January 29,2017 - to post a review such as yours prior to our contract delivery date is unreasonable and unfounded - now you have gone silent. We will continue to try and work out a solution.
Our contract was to install a glass railing only.
RESPONSE TO UPDATE
Mr. Sen
Dear Sir, Why you made this viscous and malicious attack is beyond me.

1) Your email of February 5/17 confirms we made an agremant in December2016 that we would have your glass railing ready and installed by February1/2017.

2) The Installer I mentioned in my email of February 5,2017 is a young lady who you named in your email again confirming you did speak to her January29/2017 and you told her not to come to install unless they can come and install that day January29/2017 even though we had an agreement to install by Febuary1/2017.

3) You went silent until Febuary3/2017 when we responded to your incorrect comments you posted on Homestars, again confirming you did tell young lady not to come and install. By the way she will confirm the conversation you had with her.

4) Again to confirm your lies please refer to your text sent to me on January29/2017 and I quote " You install it today Otherwise I DON'T WANT IT" end of your quote. Second text "if you are not coming today as Laura promised I have to have a local gy to fix it" end of your quotation.

Again I reminded you we had till Febuary1/2017 to complete our commitment to you.

5) On January30 before our December agreement expired you posted lies and derogatory comments on the House and Homestars, proving once again you had alternative motive for your actions. I will get my day in court to exonerate my company and my self.
6) Again as per my offer to come and install on our next available date and finish our business, you have chosen not to respond but continue to post malicious and derogatory remarks.

Our next day available to install is now February17/2017

7) My obligation to you I always kept. I want to get paid for my time and materials custom made for this job.

I will get payed for my work !

I remain
