Contracted these company to tile four washrooms, kitchen and front foyer. When I hired this company , he assured me that he was experienced in this field. His work ethic is substandard. He started on September 17, 2017 and walked of the job without finishing on November 9, 2017. When it comes to detail work he is not the right person to hire. When he installed the mosaic tiles in the master washroom, It was so badly installed that he had to remove it and reinstall it again at his cost. When he installed the niche with the mosaic tiles, it was a disaster that he would not take responsibility if his work. This is when he walked off the job. I tried contacting him numerous times with no success. He kept delaying the job. If you hire him do not pay him in advance. I have attached pictures of the job he did that we are no having to redo.

Marco and his team are the worst people to deal with. He did not return phone calls nor did he respond to any emails. When we were able to get a hold of him, he would tell you he will call you back but would never return any calls. This resulted in our construction to be delayed for one year costing us an additional $30,000.00 due to his incompetence. Marco made numerous mistakes in the drawings submitted to Town of Caledon. One of the biggest mistake was having to demolish the existing home prior to building the new home. Marco submitted the drawings to the City Of Caledon without reviewing the drawings with us. I could go on with issues dealing with Marco but that would be a very lengthy review. I hope this will help someone if you are deciding to consider using Epic Design.
