Booked a time. Cleaner showed up, sprayed oven cleaner then left. Said it was “too” dirty then left. I have sent Alex and his team to many properties much dirtier. They said the oven was bad, I told them to skip it. They refused to clean for some reason now I am out a cleaning on my new listing. They seem to have gotten very lazy. Alex didn’t seem to care at all. I guess this is what you get when you remain loyal to a company despite them charging way more than anyone else. I included a photo of the stove, and then after when my client spent 5 minutes cleaning.
