Im just writing to say how satisfied I was with the blinds but most importantly with your customer service. You were so helpful, so accommodating and just all around a pleasure to deal with. The installer was also very professional, punctual and courteous. I have to say that I`m often disappointed at the lack of customer service in general wherever you go these days, so it was very refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared about their customers`experience.
