We had a 23 year old furnace which needed to be replaced. We wanted to make our purchase with confidence so we reviewed over 5 quotes. We decided on Hargrave because they answered the phone at 7 am, the furnace and service they offered were competitively priced, they do their own work and clearly pride themselves on professional and personal customer service. All of these features are offered with an excellent warranty on parts and labour as well. Mostly, we were impressed by how well they communicated with not only us but with each other- a great and highly responsive team. The old furnace was removed (disappeared!) and the new one installed along with a humidifier and a new smart thermostat.
