We had only moved into the house a month before having a major thaw on Boxing Day. During the thaw we got a surprise when 2 areas of our family room had water coming in from under the baseboards. The crack specialists called us the following day after we had contacted them through the website and Todd was out to give us a quote within the week. We were impressed with the call back so quickly as that week is filled with holidays and the thaw I am sure had them busy. Within a week Todd and Jamie were here to do the work, the area was clean when they left and all done within the amount quoted. They arrived on time - early actually - and explained the process to us. We are very impressed with the service and will call them again if the house has anymore surprises in store this spring for us. Update: Before starting a major renovation we had crack specialists back again to do some preventative work on 2 other areas. Pat, Clint, Ryan and Keil came and filled one area and investigated another for us. They were on time, polite and only billed us for the work needing done.
