Had a problem with my electric water tank on a Saturday afternoon and was in a rush to have the matter resolved. I purchased a new tank at home depot and started called around looking for someone who could install and dispose of the old tank but found out not every plumber was able take away old one. Luckily I found Tyler on homestars, and the quote he gave me was very competitive to the others I had called. Tyler's punctuality was a good first impression on my wife and I. While we watched him do the installation Tyler gave us useful information of what was the cause of our water tank breaking and he was patient in answering all the questions and concerns we had. The pipes didn't line up properly to the new water tank, so Tyler had to take apart, cut, and realigned the pipes to fit properly. When the installation was completed there was no hidden charges for the extra work that had to be done and I was very satisfied. Any future plumbing issues I will most defineately use Heatworks Plumbing and Gas again.
