We were quite pleased with the installation of our windows and two doors last fall; however, not so pleased with our attempts to get proof that our account had been paid in full and obtain the warranty papers. About the same time our first review went to Home Stars, we received the paperwork in question. We decided to wait to see how the products weathered the winter before writing a second review. At this time we would like to acknowledge that the windows and doors have met our expectations. We are very pleased with overall appearance and happy that they are very accessible to clean. Thus, we would like to revise our rating to 9.
