Our decision to build with Trico Homes was simple. They have previously built 2 homes for family members and we were impressed with the service and overall quality that our family members received. Our process began in February of 2016 when we put a lot on hold and selected a layout that we liked. The Sales Team (Erin, Jamie & Stephanie) were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with from day one. I was impressed that we could make certain modifications to the floor plan and that many typical 'upgrades' were included in the purchase price. Next was the design center, wiring, appliances, lighting and window covering selections. I was pleased with the vendors Trico recommended. I found each supplier was attentive, had a good selection to chose from and was well priced. Finally came the build team - our site super was Ryan, and he was assisted by Walter & Tim. This team was great. They were quick to answer any questions we had and gave us accurate timelines so we could keep track of the progress. As I'm writing this, we have been in the home for a little over a month. Again, the overall quality, attention to detail and communication was top notch. We have been very pleased with Trico Homes and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
