Worst service ever, I had to cancel their services because we started off with a flat rate of 30/month and after 4 months they had increased my monitoring rate to 35 a month I didn't notice this because it was set up as a pre-authored payment and I had not been paying attention closely. Once I realized this was happening I called the to ask why this extra $5 were being charged they said it was due to guard dispatch but I had papers signed where I agreed to no guard dispatch. they apologized but never gave me my money back. After 6 months i noticed again my rate went from $30 to $45 when i called they couldn't not give me an answer. I decided to terminate everything right there now i am looking for an other provider.
