Ivano was highly recommended by my daughter and son-in-law who had been referred by co-workers - the circle continues as I'm now commending New Image Group on a fine job! Ivano is one of the most pleasant people I've dealt with. He was quick to respond to my request, arrived on time, was professional, installation didn't take long at all and we are very happy with our new shutters. We should have done this years ago.
