When we purchased a European light fixture, we assumed that the installation would be quite straight forward. Fortunately it was recommended that we use Gerardo Villaneuva of Mayatech. He specializes in the installation of European fixtures. The project was quite complicated and took close to 4 hours to complete. It was handled totally to our satisfaction. We would certainly use Gerardo's services for any future electrical work.

When we purchased our condominium we did not have a contractor selected. We needed a balcony to be enclosed and were required by our condominium Board to use Span-Co for this job, as they had the experience and qualifications necessary and had enclosed other balconies in the building. We were so impressed with the individuals involved and the reference check that we did, that we hired Span-Co to take on the complete project.
