We had our rental property furnace turn off. Temp was at 43F called him at 6pm and he came out that night, fixed the problem and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. With rental properties it is nice to have someone quick, efficient and can guarentee there work. Will keep his # for future issues. Thanks again. Tammy
