Valentin returned our call within an hour of leaving a message. He was very friendly on the phone and set an appointment with us the very next afternoon. When he arrived, on time, he was just as friendly, very knowledgable, thorough and efficient. Valentin was very mindful of his surroundings and worked in a very cleany fashion.
