Reliable and Responsible - this is how I would describe Streamline Plumbing & Heating Ltd. My experience: I engaged Streamline to install a brand new water softener system and RO unit. Their plumber, Eugene, came on time (not even a 1 minute late!) on the designated date and completed the work in the time he said it would take to complete. The softener system needed to be programmed before use. I did this a couple of days later. When I ran the regeneration cycle for the first time, I noticed that the plumbing was leaking during the regeneration cycle. I reported this to Streamline and Eugene was back in my basement and fixed the leak. No issues thus far. My views: When getting this types of work done, it is important that the contractor assure you of support and ensure that the work is addressed timely and correctly. This is what I got. I believe I can rely on Streamline for plumbing jobs, whenever I need support, in future. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
