An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I thought Phillip, Junior and Tim were terrific. Phillip was the consummate leader, providing calm direction and advice while also kibitzing with his team. Junior is a wiry workhorse, pleasant and careful while working quickly, carefully and efficiently. Tim was quieter, but clearly competent and diligent... In addition to Phillip, Junior and Tim, though, I have to say that Glenda was also fabulous to deal with over the phone. She was polite and responsive and calm and responsible -- and then, Kristina has also been the picture of professionalism. I appreciated the confirmation call the night before the move -- though we had been thoroughly packed and ready for days before that time! I would not hesitate to recommend Phillips to friends or colleagues -- it was a real pleasure and I'll be calling again for my next move. It was especially appreciated after the horror stories of August 31st -- stranded by a first moving company, extortion attempted by the second...
