I phoned Canadian appliances in Toronto to get some info about the blue star stove and did not have very good experience. I phoned Ottawa and talked to Dan who was very helpful and provided me with all the info I requested and when he did not know he followed up and got back to me with the answers. Bought the blue star stove through Dan and it was a pleasure dealing with him.
