He answered my phone call at 8am. I explained the problem. He said he'd be here that morning, gave a quote for the work, arrived when he said he would, fixed the mechanism, replaced a broken hinge, gave advice on maintenance, and charged what he had quoted. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
