I hired Only Basements to renovate and dig out my basement and a small crawl space. I wanted 8’ foot ceiling throughout the entire space. Underpinning is a big job, so I decided to have 4-5 different companies to come in and scope out the work. It was between Only Basements and another company, in the end I went ahead with the crew at Only Basements. They were very professional from the get go. Provided the proper permits, did the design and answered all my questions along the way. They finished the whole project start to finish just under 3 months. Leaving me and my family with a lovely finished basement with high ceilings, a full washroom and large area for the kids to play. We are very pleased with their work.
