I had found Rob through this site so its fair enough to give an honest review. He is simply the best. I called him in a short notice as we only had 3 days before we can waive the inspection but he was able to accomodate me. I even called same day to move the time a little later and it was fine for him. This will be my first home with my boyfriend so I was really nervous. I brought my dad with me as I dont know what questions to ask. We had a bad experience with an inspector when my parents bought their house, but as soon as Rob started with the inspection, my dad had no doubt he could do his job well. Rob uses the latest technology there is, he sent us the inspection report with pictures and recommendations just 2 hrs after. His report is very thorough but simple for me to understand. He even messaged me after a week asking me if I have any question, I actually dont have as his report is well detailed. I definetely recommend him. Thanks Rob.
