We hired Shawn to install the roof on our new home andfound the overall quality of work was terrible, with many issues: shortly after installation we found multiple leaks, he had skipped a few critical steps, did not know how to install a flat roof correctly, in the middle of the project he demanded additional payment and he refused to come back and fix any of the issues. Ultimately we had to hire another professional from a different company to fix the problems and finish the job. Buyer beware.

The customer refused to pay for material and labour costs and the job had to come to a stop almost at the beginning. The customer didn’t pay for any initiated work and wanted a new roof for free.
