After having some issues with my hot water tank, I turned to HomeStars to find a plumbing service to help. Once I read the reviews for Day and Knight Plumbing and Heating, and after talking to Linda I was confident I made the right choice. Right from that initial phone call I felt like my needs were of the utmost importance and that Day and Knight went above and beyond to ensure my issue was addressed promptly and in a way that exceeded my expectations. Paul came initially to diagnose the issue and took his time to answer all my questions and give me a variety of options - even looking at things that were not related to my original issue. He is a wealth of knowledge, super friendly, easy to work with and wanted to ensure that I was happy with everything. I never felt pressured or rushed or made to feel bad for needing to have things explained. He genuinely cares about the client and what is best for them. Paul and Austin came to replace my water tank a day later. They were able to come earlier than planned, worked extremely efficiently and were meticulous with their work - both are experts in what they do, are extremely friendly and polite and care about what they are doing. They went above and beyond and once again exceeded my expectations. Price was exactly as quoted and very affordable, everything was shown to me and explained and if I had any questions about anything in the future I was encouraged to call at any time regardless of what the question is. I will absolutely use Day and Knight again and will be recommending them to all I know. Thank you!!!
