I had Mark quote on a job to fix a leaking flat roof. He gave me a reasonable quote but then while doing the work insisted that there was more work required and it was of course going to up the cost. This was a few months ago and now our roof is leaking in the exact same spot. I have texted, called and emailed Mark to try to remedy this situation and there is no response. I have been trying to reach him for over a week and he clearly has no intention of honouring his "warranty." Steer clear!
