An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The crew was great- courteous, sensitive to 'no damage' to the walls and floors. They used floor runners constantly, checked with me when necessary and they kept their sense of humor! They were patient with us when moving into the new house ..... we put pads down under all the furniture legs before they set things on the new floors. I have, and will, continue to recommend your company to others. Thanks for a 'painless' day! I was very organized which the crew appreciated. The move wasn't a large one - which I think the crew appreciated as I understand it has been very busy. I will use you again - probably in about 3 years!
