We had Kenny come out for the quote. He explained the options and what is needed for this property. I told home the timing is important for this installation. He told me it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get the job started. I liked what he presented, and I made the commitment next day. I made a number of calls to check where we are, and it was difficult to get hold of anybody. Promised call backs didn't happen either. Now it is over 8 weeks, the installation hasn't started yet. The answer I got from the company is due to the weather. It is the best you can expect for Calgary as far as weather is concerned. I don't know what I can say with this kind of excuses A frustrating customer for sure. Dong
