Terrible customer service, no one available to take your call, the answering service is not even based in Ottawa, cannot assist other than to take your name/number. The online contact us form is useless, as NO one gets back to you. Terrible - and the same kind of reviews are mounting now, it's no wonder. Quick to take your money - but no follow up even to the simplest of questions.
