Their website starts off by saying they are "voted #48 for top snow removal companies in North America". #48 is nothing to be proud of, from a magazine based out of the UK! Their website also says "finalist, BBB torch awards for Marketplace Ethics" maybe self-nominated? That's a joke!
After having changed names to "Metro" Snow and Ice Management, they come out with this bogus excuse of "we've already come out too many times, we've had too much snow, so we're not going offer you any more service, unless you pay us $50 more." Shameful.
The year prior, this company did not offer rebates for lack of snow, did they?
Also, throughout, the season I've had to call and email them 4-5 times because of lack of service. I've even sent in photos of their work, or lack thereof. It's a shameful excuse of a business- good luck to anyone who tries to use their services.
They took my $300 plus tax lump payment at the beginning of the season and did not offer the service they promised.
