Submitted an order in September with a ship to store. One item was backordered until mid October. No updates since that time, no emails, no calls. I kept checking my account online - it only said "in progress." I finally called Customer Service today to discover the one item is now backordered until mid December, so they have just kept holding my order because I believe I chose a bundled delivery. No apologies at all on the phone, no calls to see if because of the delay I wanted my other items earlier. Once I cancelled the backordered item, "customer service" asked if there was anything else, I told the guy I was shocked by their lack of communication and all I got was silence on the phone. This was my first time trying them out. I will never order from them again. Too many other great alternatives.
