Adel was A pleasure to deal with. He was upfront on the quoting and costs. Came the same day and fixed my dryer as promised. I would call him again for future issues with my appliances.

They came on time as they promised to diagnose my heater issue. The main reason why I chose them is because they will deduct the diagnostic fee from the total bill if indeed something is wrong. That is a great policy as far as I'm concerned as we all hate having to pay for a diagnosis but I find it is fair that in case nothing is wrong, they at least compensated for their time and effort so i love that policy! Best of all, the technician was completely honest in the diagnosis that the issue was only clogged pipe and didn't try to swindle us by up-selling or replacing unnecessary parts. I definitely will use them again in the future (knock on wood) and would recommend them to my friends and family. Glad I came across this review site and found Reliable.
