We purchased countertops for our whole home - 4bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. They installed counters in the bathroom and kitchen island that had broken and they tried to get away with just filling it in with a colour that doesn't even match. We therefore have granite counters with two chunks of fill. Looks like it was broken in transit and just tried to fix. Complained multiple times and was told they would be replaced. Now the owner and manager are not calling back. The picture below shows how bad it is - they had never to tell me it was just impurity in the stone!!
