I asked Markham Garage Doors to take a look at my door which needed some general maintenance. Ernie came and spent quite a bit of time replacing the springs and cables, tighened and lubricated all the parts and adjusted the garage door opener. He didn't rush his work and he triple checked everything. I'm very handy myself and know a bit about this and could see Ernie was a professional with garages. Now our 12 year old garage door operates better than when we first moved in. I couldn't be happier, let alone the peace of mind.

After the recent wind storm the roofers have been extremely busy. Even in this busy time, Peter was able to come and review the work, provide a quote, answer questions before the sale and schedule the actual work for the new roof in a reasonable about of time. Not only did Peter and team replace the roof in a day, they also replaced the air vents our builder put in with higher quality, waterproof vents. Leakages have been a problem for all of our neighbours. The best part, Peter did not charge us extra for these vents. After they completed the job, they cleaned up all the roofing bits, nails and debris not only from our yard, but from our neighbours yards. They presented pictures of the work in progress and after. Peter followed up with a 10 year service warranty and a lifetime/40 year manufacturer warranty on the shingles themselves. I'm happy to pay for this quality and attention to detail. Good bang for the buck and the only roofer that actually called us back in a reasonable amount of time. Well done Peter and team. Thank-you.

Clean4Me has been cleaning our home for years. The ladies are very caring and treat us like family. I was sick at home a few weeks ago and the girls went and bought me chicken soup. An amazing corporate culture that has made me and my wife very happy in our crazy, busy lives.
