We were replacing our leaking windows with new french doors and windows. The initial contact with Rob was great.. He was quick on getting the quote to us and booked our install date so that we'd know definitively when we'd get the product. The Installation crew arrived on time, headed by Paulo, were extremely efficient and were able to solve a number of issues that no one expected yet still finished on time. We had been concerned about service as the company is based in Toronto and our property is in Picton, yet we've been able to get the outstanding minor issues resolved to our satisfaction. All in all we think it's a great company and would recommend them to others.
