I can't say enough about the professionalism of Fireplace West. The service I receive from Robin and his associate for my cleaning and checking for joint leaks in my two fireplaces is simply excellent. This after purchase service is unique in this day and age. Robin and his service crew go beyond the normal expectations . They are indeed a class act and I recommend them highly for anyone contemplating a gas fireplace and certainly for the recommended post purchase cleaning and joint inspections.
