I bought 3 set of bedroom furniture from 4u furniture. It was my worst experience, and the worst customer service ever,,,,never!!!! When we buy the furniture, the old lady tell us it is going to be on your house this saturday,(within 5days). and she told me she's going to give a call. on that day, she was some of kindly... ... until saturday there was no call, no answer in the phone. so, I went in centerpoint mall and complaint about it.... and the old lady..blablabla she would give me a call on next day. but ..no call..... .. wow it have been like this for 4 times ... Does any one konw how to accuse about the customer service. by the way, it has been one month , i didnt get the furniture. if i go to the centerpoint mall, she again would tell me she's going to give me a call..... .... . Is she bosssssss? old lady...... SUCKS
