I wanted to write about my recent experience with Concept Lighting. My husband and I were nearing the end of a difficult renovation - a heritage farm house - and dreaded the task of having to choose our lighting. We met with Denise who guided us through the process and actually made it kind of fun! We placed our order after 2 meetings and actually took advantage of their payment plan - we were pretty tapped out financially so decided to go with their "Don't Pay for 6 Months" interest free plan. I don't think I've heard of a lighting store offering anything like this. We worked with another lighting store when choosing lights for our former home and althought thycwere pleasant, there was absolutely no help from staff at all. It was a frustrating experience. At Concept, Denise guided us through the entire selection process, managed our expectations (we have learned that a little patience goes a long way with both flooring and lighting if you want it done right!) and came up with a package price that we could live with. There was a problem with one f our lights (arrived with a broken shade). It took a while to arrive but we did eventually receive a replacement for it. Now that our farmhouse is just about complete I have to say that our lights look absolutely spectacular. Their store seems to be the on,y one that has such knowledgable staff. Thanks Denise!
