Joseph's place has been my go-to for computer repairs the last 3 years. The first time I went in was because my external hard drive malfunctioned and he was able to recover all my files (which can be a scary feeling!). Another time, he fixed my laptop was when I had water damage in my keyboard and he managed to save the motherboard. Most recently, I had a corruption with my operating system and once again, Joseph was able to fix the problem and recover all my files. Although most places are able to fix your computer problems, they can sometimes take advantage of you and overcharge you. I feel most comfortable going to Joseph every single time because he is honest, consistent, and reliable. He will not charge you if he can't fix it. Other places will charge a "diagnostic/labour fees" regardless if they can even fix your computer problem. Joseph takes the time to explain to you what is going on and is very understanding.
