This was our second home inspected by HIP (first was an existing home, second was a new build). Gavin is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely patient when answering pesky questions through-out the inspection! He is always professional, shows up early for the job and never rushes! A pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him! Will be using him again for future properties without hesitation!
