A very nice collection of relatively cheap furniture. Much better collection than the other clearance outlets. Cannot really find any "great deal" though. You can negotiate and get up to an additional 10-20% off if you are making a big purchase. The downside is that the service is poor. They are grossly understaffed and poorly organized. They don't have a separate counter for returns/complaints and that resulted in the 2 CSRs and the manager wasting time handling complaints rather than helping new clients. Another problem is the location. It is in the Honeydale Mall , a defunct mall which has minimal facilities. ( No decent washrooms , poorly lit parking lot , no security )
