The Bay Furniture Warehouse

This company was very pleasant to deal with. THey were accomodating and very helpful. I have twin boys so as you can imiagine everything costs fortune and this merchant had the best prices to offer. We did a lot of research and found they were the most competitive and reasonable.

A very nice collection of relatively cheap furniture. Much better collection than the other clearance outlets. Cannot really find any "great deal" though. You can negotiate and get up to an additional 10-20% off if you are making a big purchase. The downside is that the service is poor. They are grossly understaffed and poorly organized. They don't have a separate counter for returns/complaints and that resulted in the 2 CSRs and the manager wasting time handling complaints rather than helping new clients. Another problem is the location. It is in the Honeydale Mall , a defunct mall which has minimal facilities. ( No decent washrooms , poorly lit parking lot , no security )

I have never gone wrong at the Bay. The furniture there is great quality and reasonable priced. I often find deals there as well - they always have some kind of sale going on there, you just have to look around and find it. I just bought some dining room chairs from this store, and they look great in my home. Very comfortable as well. I never regret a purchase from the Bay!

This is an excellent store for people looking to get potentially good quality furniture for very reduced prices. It's not a glamorous experience, and you might have to dig for what you are looking for. But it does allow the shopper on a budget to find pieces for cheaper than a regular retail outlet. Most items have small imperfections which can be either fixed or overlooked!
