Richard was extremely professional and did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater; it was done on schedule and his price was the most competitive of the 4 quotes I received. He was also very neat and made sure that the work area was spotless once completed. Since then (almost 2 yrs now), I've had a few questions regarding my unit and he has returned my calls promptly even if the message was left after hours. With the one minor issue I had which occurred at 8:30pm in the evening he returned my call within 10min and he made arrangements to have someone at my door for 8am the next day. Simply put - Richard and his crew were excellent with my tankless system and I will happily reccomend him to anyone that needs any HVAC work.
