I needs advice before renovations in order to identify, understand ans priorize the work. He is so knowledgeable and professional . It also helped me identify issues that will become real problems if I do not attend to them. He has done a Tarion inspection for me which identified a huge problem I would never have seen with twisted beams in the basement. He has helped me find simple and inexpensive fixes to lots of problems. Well worth it
