The staff and product at Granite Guys are exceptional. Tammy, their designer suggested we provide our cupboard door and a sample of our wood flooring and log wall to help us choose our granite for the island countertop. She sent us to look at Stone Selection for granite- another A+ company! Once we chose our granite the process moved quickly with the templater visiting our home and taking precise measurements for the templates. We were impressed with their willingness to allow us to be involved in the placement of the templates on the granite. We were able to have the most interesting areas of our granite showcased on our island. They worked hard to put the seams where they would be least visible. Des and Tammy worked great as a team with mutual respect and obviously both enjoy their jobs. Communication and great customer satisfaction rate high in this company's values. A week after templating, a top notch team of three installers (Neal and his team) arrived at our home. One of my concerns with the removal of our arborite countertops was protecting our new hardwood floors. They placed thick drop cloths everywhere they walked and cleaned up as they worked. Our granite countertops were installed, the old countertop gone and our great room was clean again within hours of their arrival. And the seams are barely visible! The staff in the office, including Amanda and Richelle were so welcoming, polite and organized. They were always willing to answer our questions and find any additional information we might need. We had one small correction to be done on our countertops and they were willing to come and fix the issue within a couple of days. They were not satisfied until we were completely satisfied. Beau has hired a top notch staff and ensured we have a kitchen we are thrilled with. We would highly recommend this company.
