This is my second time purchasing a new home from Trico. I went back to them not only for the well designed homes, but the excellent service I always get. Erin J is the most amazing person! She will do anything for you and make you feel like your the most valued customer. My home was on schedule, early actually, they worked around the current state of my home for sale and negotiated fair pricing. Not to mention the awesome upgrades that came with the home.
